Sunrise Development International Initiative (SDI), in partnership with the Ukanafun Local Government Council, has successfully trained over 890 participants across 21 different areas of practical skill.
The programme, flagged off by His Excellency Mr. Moses Ekpo, Deputy Governor of Akwa Ibom State, targeted secondary school graduates, undergraduates, graduates, and other categories of citizens within the council area.
Hon. Barr. Samuel Udokoh, Transition Chairman of Ukanafun Local Government Area, commended the initiative, noting the training also positively transformed the environment of the Council premises.
This collaboration reflects SDI's continued commitment to equipping citizens with practical, income-generating skills that build self-reliance across the Niger Delta region.
